The taste of Ireland arrived in London as family butcher jack O'Shea opened its doors in Knightsbridge. Run by brothers Darragh and jack. who come from a long tradition of butchery, the shop's heritage dates back to 1790 when the original butchers was founded by the boys' ancestor in Tipperary. The meat is a cut above the usual fare. sourced from small producers selected by jack. Guests including literary agent Ed Victor and actor Edward Fox enjoyed beef and lamb skewers, and plenty of the house speciality - sausages.
